oUR processes
Proper planning and implementation is always done. Everyone is encouraged to come up with the projects that they want to see come to life. The “CHIMONA EAGLES” often have to discuss in groups what they’d like to see accomplished and understand the obstacles that they may face as well as how to face the challenge head on.
OUR EXECUTION
The execution of our projects consists of having, the project leader(normally a more seasoned “CHIMONA EAGLE”) often a mentor take charge of the major issues on the projects or it is the executive that help in taking charge on the major issues. Everything often has to be backed by the majority of people, else it is taken over by the project coordinators. Weeks of preparations are often put into ensuring that the project is an absolute success.
